Not much to say about last night's Oscars, except that it was the dullest show I can remember. Chris Rock wasn't funny; the Best Song performances were disasters (especially the Banderas/Santana fiasco); and there weren't even any interesting upsets to spice things up.
I loathed Million Dollar Baby, and Hilary Swank even more, so it wasn't much fun watching the last hour of the show.
The winning animated short, Ryan, is quite good (and at the moment, you can still see it at the National Film Board of Canada's website).
