MOVIES: King Kong: Not Really a Review

So there's Kong fighting the dinosaurs and hurling Naomi Watts from hand to hand so recklessly that her neck should have broken in seventeen different places by now, and I'm looking at my watch again for the fourth time in 15 minutes, and we haven't even left Skull Island yet and it's dawning on me that oh my god there's still another hour-plus left to go before the damn movie ends and doesn't Peter Jackson have anyone who will say to him, "Yeah, the effects are cool, but this scene's gone on way too long already," and that's when I walked out.
